How to Avoid Body Kicks?

If you can sense a kick that's going to be used on you, you can easily push yourself back using your hips. Pushing your hips back will give you an advantage since you'll mostly dodge the kick. However, it's recommended to combine the dodge with a punch since your opponent can easily harm you if you decide to just avoid the kick. Another kick you can easily avoid is the round kicks, which simply is a kick targeting the ribs. If you sense this kick, you can bring your arm at an, roughly, acute angle, and place it on your side.
